Official Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the DarkRO Streamer Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, the applicant (“Streamer”) agrees to comply with all provisions outlined herein, as well as all DarkRO rules, policies, and guidelines.
DarkRO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1 Basic Requirements
To be eligible for the Program, Streamers must:
a. Be an active DarkRO player with sufficient knowledge of Ragnarok Online gameplay.
b. Possess stable streaming equipment and internet connectivity.
c. Maintain a consistent streaming schedule on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, or similar platforms.
d. Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and positive engagement with viewers.
e. Uphold respectful, inclusive behavior consistent with DarkRO community standards.
2.2 Age and Compliance
Streamers must meet the minimum age requirements set by their streaming platform and comply with all applicable laws.
3. Application and Approval
3.1 Application Procedure
a. Complete the official Streamer Application Form.
b. Contact the designated representative ([GM] Kal) on Discord for verification.
c. Await formal approval prior to receiving Program benefits.
3.2 Acceptance
Program acceptance is discretionary. DarkRO may approve or deny applications without obligation to provide justification.
4. Obligations of Streamers
4.1 Minimum Activity Requirements
a. Each qualifying stream must run for a minimum of two (2) consecutive hours.
b. Streaming beyond the minimum threshold counts as one qualifying session only.
c. Streams must primarily feature DarkRO-related gameplay or community content.
4.2 Conduct Standards
Streamers must:
a. Maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
b. Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or toxic conduct.
c. Avoid promoting illegal activities, exploits, cheating, or third-party tools.
d. Not disclose internal or confidential DarkRO information.
e. Represent DarkRO positively and avoid actions that may damage the server’s reputation.
5. Mandatory Stream Stats Submission
5.1 Submission Requirement
All Streamers are required to submit their stream stats after every stream session in the designated #general channel.
5.2 Evaluation Purpose
These statistics will be used for:
a. Performance evaluation;
b. Verification of activity-based rewards;
c. Determining eligibility for renewal or continued partnership.
5.3 Compliance Obligation
Failure to submit stream stats:
a. Will negatively affect partnership renewal;
b. May result in suspension or termination from the Program;
c. May delay or void reward eligibility.
5.4 Timeliness
Stats must be submitted immediately after each stream session to avoid delays in evaluation or renewal issues.
6. Streamer Benefits, Rewards, and Commission Structure
All approved Streamers are entitled to the following benefits and compensation:
6.1 Activity-Based Rewards
a. 5 PODs per qualifying stream (minimum 2 hours).
b. 5 pcs SGB per qualifying stream, claimable via @streamer, - up to three (3) claims per week.
6.2 Weekly Streamer Benefits
a. Three (3) sets of streamer supplies per week.
b. Additional Streamer Supplies for giveaways, community engagement, and viewer interaction.
6.3 DT Rewards for Non-Paid Streamers
a. Non-paid Streamers receive 5 DT per qualifying stream.
b. Streaming longer than 2 hours does not provide additional DT beyond the standard reward.
6.4 Commission Earnings
Paid Streamers:
a. 5% commission on DT purchases.
b. 5% commission on Cash purchases.
Non-Paid Streamers:
c. 10% commission on DT purchases.
d. 5% commission on Cash Conversion purchases.
All commissions are subject to verification and may be suspended or revoked in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior.
7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
7.1 Content Ownership
Streamers retain ownership of their original broadcast content.
7.2 License to DarkRO
By joining the Program, Streamers grant DarkRO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, or share stream clips, images, or recordings for promotional purposes.
7.3 Brand Usage Guidelines
Unauthorized alteration, misuse, or misrepresentation of DarkRO branding, logos, or visual assets is strictly prohibited.
8. Integrity, Compliance, and Enforcement
8.1 Prohibited Activities
The following may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Program:
a. Artificial inflation of metrics (fake views, bots, manipulated engagement).
b. Fraudulent referrals or misleading promotional practices.
c. Violations of platform Terms of Service or applicable laws.
d. Continued failure to meet Program requirements.
e. Public behavior harmful to DarkRO’s reputation.
8.2 Termination Rights
DarkRO may suspend or terminate Streamer participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.
8.3 Appeals Process
Streamers may request reconsideration; however, DarkRO is not required to reverse removal decisions.
9. Amendments
DarkRO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all revisions.
10. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By participating in the DarkRO Streamer Program, the Streamer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
